That a joke? This is an OBD1 ecu, so if you do in fact have an EF9 you'd need to get a conversion harness from OBD0-->OBD1 for this to work properly. To work with your B16 (That is, if you infact do own an EF9 with the B16 still) you would have to have this converted to Vtec for the engine to run right, amongst a few other things.
