Default help with some wiring and fuel return for my itbs.

The wires i have for my TPS(97 gsr) are

red/black green/black tellow/blue

i'm assuming red = 5 volts , green w/ black strip = ground and the yellow with blue strip = signal

correct me if i'm wrong..

also i'm having problems setting up my return fuel line setup.. is there any pressure on this line leading back to my tank?
I have talked to 92typer about this, in reguards to whether or not, there is fuel pressure in the fuel return line..
i had custom -AN lines made for me at hybrid-racing, which are all great and everything, except the return line fitting thats suppose to go over the opening of the hardline, doesn't fit, its suppose to slid over and able to move up and down while screwing on to the line.. but its not fiting, if there isn't any pressure i was just goin to rig something up or take up ideas, anyone have any?
