wearing out tein basics question

Default wearing out tein basics question

will lowering my car almost half an inch to its maximum limit wear out the springs or shocks faster if it was raised higher?? just wondering cause im thinking bout lowering my car but i feel like its putting more stress to the springs/shocks

Wont matter. A Tein strut goes bad, send it back. they will rebuild it for free.

Tein wont rebuid it for free...at least i dont think so...it doesnt matter how low u are...the way the coilovers are designed is to adjust the actual strut and not the spring perch...that way u dnt lose travel on the strut...no matter how low u have the car...u dnt lose ur stroke on the strut..ur jus lengthening and shortening the actual strut itself

hey man, got any data on how do do what you just said. I keep adjusting the two adjustable things on my tein coilovers but it never seems to raise/lower my car to my liking, it just stays the same. any advice or manuals?

you gota adjust it alot to make a noticeable difference...i remember adjusting it 4 times one day and got tired of putting the tires back on and taking them back off so im sticking with my two finger gap all around

my front end is completed lowered. But it isn't as low as other HT cars out there. whenever I raise the back it seems to keep lowering after a while.
