My 98 CRV has a little black box with SIMM and Modem #'s. Can anybody tell me what this is?

 

dude, you totally need to get that windows xp service pack 2 and update those drivers....

lol, j/k...so where's this little black box located?

 

The box isnt mounted anywhere but the wiring runs behind the ashtray/cupholder area and conects to what kind of looks like an old printer port and somewhere else. It also has two different sized coax antenna wires that I cant trace hooked to it and a blinking light flashes all the time.
