90 civic hatch 4 speed problems
I got a 90 civic hatch 4 speed and eveytime I turn the wheels the car does not want to move. If i have the wheels straight then it will drive but once i turn right and let go of the clutch it doesnt do anything. does any one know what could be the problem?
when you say it doesnt move, are you giving it gas and it still wont move, or you're riding the clutch and it wont move, but if you give it gas it'll go??
with the steering wheel straight, and wheels straight look at the wheels. the front wheels that is.. is it closer to the wheel wel in the back, meaning as if it looks like the tire moved back, rather the front bumper, and are you using bigger rims.. ??
i've seen this alot on these older civics, the tie rod happens to be the problem.. check that.

If i have the wheels turned and let go of the clutch the trans will start to make a funny noise and the speedo needle will start to jump. but once the wheels are straight everything will be fine and the car will move back and forth.
