CEL Code help

Im getting a cel code of 16. I tried searching all the cel codes for 89-91 EF's but couldn't find the list. What does this code?

Fuel Injector. Check you wiring going to them and make sure that all are pulsing.

Why don't you check your wiring and see if your pulsing!!!!

Download the service manual for the CRX. Go the search option of the PDF and write code 16, find the way honda would test the code and start from there.
