Custom header is goin to get you those numbers..smsp, rmf, an-r, rage and the hytech knockoff is probably goin to be your best bet.. intake manifolds?? Depends.. a ported out itr manifold would probably be your best bet.. personally i think a set of cams and header would reach your goal well.. Whats it tuned on.

I would definately say that you are ready for a bit more intake manifold. your motor would be a great motor to test with.

Hows BRE working out for you? Im in the process of using BRE also. How did that motor run on a base map?

bre seemed to work pretty well. on the base map i spent alot of time tuning and i couldnt get something i was comfortable with all of the time, this was because i am using a pr3 ecu and the iat code in bre is wrong in the original download. it always read 88 deg even if it was 0 outside, so i had a different map for every 20 deg. that was really shitty. then i searched around and found out that ben (bres creator) had fixed the problem for someone else with a pr3. if u have the pr3 ecu go to http://forum.pgmfi.org/viewtopic.php?t=12028. the fix is in that post

the cams i am running are fine, .496 intake lift, .494 exhaust lift, any reasoning to get rid of the spacer other than u want me to have like a 1/4 inch bigger hole in my tb than in my manifold

Did you bother to even ask Morgan what his suggestions were? He's a pretty smart guy, you know...

thats why you need to take the manifold to the machine shop and have them match port it to the throttle body
if your using the oem manifold then import builders port itr manifolds and they seem to make good power.... i would go with their itr ported manifold match ported to the throttle body and either rmf, smsp, ssr, header
that will get you closer and it would be pretty much left to the tuner
