I have '07 autocad drawings of flanges/tabs that I need manufactured. If anyone on here can work with these files and have them laser cut please leave me your contact information. I'm looking for the flanges to be made in either chromoly or mild steel.

i can probably have them waterjet cut, but it won't be your cheapest option. what kinda flanges are they? pm me.

 

I run my own shop called CNC fabrication. Send me the file as a .pdf and I will send you a quote. How many are you looking to have made. What are they for? You may be just wasting your money on chromoly material. If you need chromoly, what grade are you looking for? I am going to assume thought that A-36 mild steel will work just fine.

If you want you can email me your Autocad files and I can use our Hi-Def plasma table to burn them out. I write the burn programs where I work and this would be very easy. Let me know how thick you want to make them along with a quantity and we can work out a deal. I have made many flanges for all kinds of uses (exhaust, speaker fitting, etc.).
