ok lately my civic has been having problems! went to take it for a drive and it wasnt fully boosting to 10 lbs.................. it stops a 6 then drops to 5. first we thought that it was a boost leak. after changing a coupler that was torn in half last night, we drove around and the first pull it spooled up to 10 then after that the highest it will go to is 5-6. you at times you can hear the blow off valve at the wrong time
whats going on?????
can it be my waste gate?

well my buddy just checked the wate gate and he siads that its fine....................
checked it witha bike pump
