Default 450 whp LS-T Build

Alright I have been meanig to do this post a while back but now I am going to start Building The B18B1. I have a 98 Integra with about 145,000 miles. I dont want to do a compression test because I already know that I am going to need to rebuild the motor anyways. Heres the setup that I plan to have done by my birthday which is in the Summer. I am planning on shooting for 350 to maybe 400 Horses.

3 angle vavle job with a pNp head
9:1 CP pistons
Brian Crower 404's
Dual Valve Srping retainers
3" inch DP and exhaust and I want to run no cat but if that doesnt happen oh well
Cometic Head Gasket
I am going to be running an oil catch can also.
ACT Xtreme Pressure plte along with Xtreme Race Disk
Walbro 255 lp Fuel Pump
Microbalanced and Polished LS crank
RC 550cc injetors if I need bigger what size should I go with?

Things that I already have:
Borg Warner T3 GM-1
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Blitz BOV
Autometer Boostgauge

If you are going for 400whp I would go with a 750cc injector. With proper tuning, you really won't tell much of a difference between how the 550cc runs compared to the 750cc.

anybody know the flow rating on a GM-1??

Also i agree with the given suggestions....RC550s are going to be much too small for your goals.

What kind of management are you planning to use??

Yea I left out a whole bunch of things becuz I was tryin to figure out how to post pics LOL. I Didnt mean Autometer watsegate but AUTOMETER Boost gauge LOL. I also am going to be running a Peakboost ram horn. My engine management will be Hondata along with a P06 ecu. I will also be changing the valves also. Thats about all I can think of right now, I am pretty sure I have left out things but I will keep you guys updated on my progress. How do I post pics also?

You don't need the port and polish. You will see A LOT more gains if you buy an Intake manifold and Throttle body instead of just a simple port and poolish. People overestimate port and polishes.....unless they are pretty extreme they don't do too much compared to where you can spend your money elsewhere.

Whats a good Intake mainfold and Throttle body to go with? I may not even port and polish like you said. I have heard good things about the Edelbrock Victor X but they only make that for the GSR right?

I would even be happy with about 350 to tell you the truth. I just want it as a daily driver that I can beat WRX's and SRT4 with. And not to mention that every one that owns a Honda around where I stay at has a swap so I want to be different and hae a built motor and Turbo . I dont know the exact specs on the GM1, I was trying to find them out on here by searching and came up with nothing. But the guy I got it from said its good up 2 400 horses. Also wats a good size Throttle body to go with?

As A matter of fact it is the one you sold the guy becuz I remember him saying your name in one of our pms. HondaCivicSIR1 was his name along with the wastegate, boost gauge, BOV. Do you have anything else up for sale?

gotta love those borg warners, good spool and pull damn strong.

im ssure you could even see gains from a skunk2 or even blox (itr knockoffs) manifolds. ive seen dyno's of people making a good 20 hp or a lil more per psi of boost on ls motors with aftermarket intake manifolds and a some crower cams. i think jeff evans might have some old dynos on his site of setups that worked well.

oh, dont get 550s, always get a lil bigger injector with room to grow

I had a few LS-T builds that I did and I used a stock intake mani, a Type-R, and a Victer X. I had the best results with the stock intake. I made over 400whp and went 11.0 @ 126 on 93 octane with my LS-T builds.

Hey (nonvtecallmotor) what did your setup consist of and wha kind of engine/machine work did you have to go through to reach that 400. I found a Skunk2 manifold for 200 even. I also need to know what size Throttle body you guys would think be capable of hitting at least 350? I would say 70 mm but I dont know if that would be too big
