Moates flash and burn...really really hot and not working...?

Moates flash and burn...really really hot and not working...?
i just noticed after i couldnt get my flahs and burn to work that its really really hot touching the chips. i dont think this is good. i dont remember them being liike this before. any ideas?

no sounds like you got the chip in backwards... the lil dimple should be on the side where the latch is.... once u heat it up like the u did that chip prolly is fried you need another one

no, i have it right. iv done this lots before. well now that it did get hot yes its probably fried. what else could have caused this?
