Default Open Ended Lug Nut on 99-00 Si Wheels?

I just picked up some 99-00 Si wheels and I've got some extended studs I was going to put on with the wheels but didn't think I could use them because you aren't supposed to use anything but oem lug nuts with oem wheels. So my question is can I use aftermarket lugs say BCs or something?

ALl that matters is how the lug nut seat sits on the wheel. Oem wheels need oem lugs.

Most aftermarket wheels need tapered or tuner lugs.
