Default Raising rev limit?

What is the best and cheapest way to raise the rev limit? I have the 6al ignition so I can set my limit with pills but what is the best way to get rid of the stock one. It's obd2 by the way.

if you dont want to spend the 200+ on an OBDI then do a chipped P72, supposed to be really aggressive and theyre cheap
