Can a RSX steering wheel be fitted into a 94 civic?
What will I need to do to make it work? If the boss needs to be changed, can I take to one from my factory wheel and swap it? Thanks.

NO
It won't fit on a 92-95 Civic.
Only the 94-01 Integra steering wheel will fit the 92-95 Civic steering column.
The 96-01 Civic, S2000, Insight, 98+ Prelude and RSX all share the same steering hub splines and can swap the steering wheels.
