Default Civic Si 93. Need some advice. Thinking of swapping my engine.

Well my civic is a handy down with a lot of sentimental value, so instead of throwing it away, I was thinking of fixing it up instead.

What kind of engine should I swap in? And where can I go afterwards building wise?

I was considering trying to find a K20A, but what can I do to it if I were to swap it in? I hear it has high compression.

If you're looking to swap a K-series into it then hopefully you have at least 8K ready to invest just to get it up and running.

Or, another alternate route would be to go with a B-series (B16 out of a Si, B18C1 out of a GSR, B18C5 out of a Type-R, etc. etc.)...which would be around 4K or so.
