help with 98+ rear bumper on a db8 94

Default help with 98+ rear bumper on a db8 94

after i installed the back bumper i have a pretty big gap on each side of the car
(around 1/3-1/2 inch) how can i fix it? the clips on both side are new
i can update the pic if need let me draw one real quick

here i draw this with paint! LOL

looks good to me. may be a paint the bumper. it could be that your back bumper been sitting for long time at that position and now it has that little gap.

That gap would bother me too. Im **** about things like that! If there are skrews holding it on where the gap is, tighten them up. If its already as tight as it will go, get shorter skrews. If there isnt anything holding it up right there, drill holes and put a couple. I would think that would bring it up enough to fill the gap. Hope this helps! Good luck!

i dont know if its the same for 4 doors. but i know that for the 2 doors if you do a 98 rear bumper conversion on an older mode.l it never fits perfect theres always a gap. thats how i can tell if the car is really a 98 or if its just a conversion.

the body and everything is the same so i don't see how that would be possible, the filler panel may be a little different for the 98+ but thats it
