i am looking desperately for seat mounts for my 88 civic hach because i got new seats, and my old mounts are broken. Surprisingly enough, I cant seem to find 88-91's at the wrecker but alot of 92-95's, would that fit on my floor pan?

I don't think they'll fit. The rails/brackets are different. I'm looking for some stock seats for my 91 crx and HT told me I couldn't fit them in because of the different rail/bracket. For me I would have to swap seat pans, but for you keep looking? is all I think you can do??
