emissions

does anyone have any idea what i need to fix?i have 92 accord with new muffler and egr valve but keep failing emission tests with high nox levels and they are getting worse.

EGR problems beyond valve - like plugged EGR passageways?

Spark timing?

Carbon buildup in combustion chambers?

Mixture too lean?
(Uneven mixture cylinder-to-cylinder?)

Bad catalyst?
