Default Cookies N' Milk.....an 06 Si Story.

UPDATED PICS ON PAGE 3 CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

It all started with a fat kid and a dream. After years and years of driving around in beater cars that kept breaking down its was time to step up to the plate and get a mans car. Something you can get in and feel proud to be a man in America. So I got myself a decent paying job and started saving money. Then when the time was right I walked into my local Chevy dealership and went right to the Corvettes. I thought, this is it, this is what I need, finally a new car that I could be proud to get in and out of and be seen in. So I put my deposit down and a few days later I came home with this:

Unfortunetly Chevy couldnt put me on a 160 month payment plan so I got the next best thing, brand new 2006 Honda Civic Si Habanero Red Pearl with Navigation. Everything is going great I met some new people who shared the interest in the car as me. Even one fellow from around here that almost bought my car, damn stealerships. Then about 2 months later on a Sunday morning I'm driving to work listening to some Sublime, cruising in the center lane, when suddenly, someone merging from the on-ramp decides to merge into the center lane instead of the right lane . So I quickly jerk the steering wheel to the left to avoid a collision, while doing that I took a peek in my sid view mirror and saw headlights right at my tail. So I jerk the wheel back to the right and hit the brake, hard. This caused the rear end to slid out from behind me and send me into a 180 degree spin. Now Im facing on coming traffic and still sliding towards the right shoulder. I hit the grass embankment and the car rolls on to roof and starts sliding on the hood and roof. Finally the car stops. Im upside down, stuck in my seat and at this point have no idea where on the road I am. So I unbuckle my seatbelt and land on my head, ouch, I'm such an idiot. I try to open the door but no good. Then I notice that the back windshield blew out. So I crawl over, and squeeze my fat *** out the back window on to a bed of broken glass and escape to safety. Luckily my car came to a stop on the shoulder on a parallel one way road. Well within minutes cops and ambulance were there to wisk me away to safety.

So I suffered some minor cuts and bruises and the car is deemed a total loss by the insurance company. They cut me a check and it was time for a new one. So I got this:

Then got some tints.

A few months later added HFP kit, Comptech Springs and a few other little things:

So with Winter coming and crappy stock Michelins I decided to invest in some 16" RSX with Blizzak LM's to get me through the snow.

Hopefully with winter behind us I mounted some new wheels and tires.

Thats all I have to say about that.

Cliffs: I got new wheels

I love my Blizzaks. My G would have died this winter if it weren't for them.

Nice story...but where is the Corvette?

Unfortunate events, but at least it worked out for you in the end. Most importantly, you weren't seriously hurt.

The new black Si is dope, btw.

Thanks for the compliments. Just give you a time line real quick

Purchased Habanero on 1/11/2206
Crashed Habanero on 3/12/2006
Purchased NBP on 3/29/2006- still driving it

Only made one payment on the Habanero. If I would have put a little more money down I could have actually made a little bit of money from the Insurance check.
