What do you guys think? HP guesses?

Well power output is going to vary depending on how the S200 is tuned. Hopefully you'll get past the 200 fwhp mark with all that.
One thing I would change is those Nology wires. Hope you didn't pay too much for those. NGK wires work just fine and only cost about $50.

Wow, should be a strong motor. Good for you for staying NA and non VTEC. I got bitten by the VTEC bug with my current DA, but always loved the way my integra LS felt. That should be a great setup.
yeah i really wanted to do a LS/VTEC but the dome of the pistons were too high and would hit the valves during vtec.. later on down the road ill put on some type r pistons and do a vtec, but i want to see how this build will end up

umm with 11:1 compression you would be able to make an lsvtec and make alot more power n/a
but with those cams and your stroke i see 150tq and peaking around 6500 rpm's at 180ish hp lol with no idea on your header(brand collector size etc)
btw adding a vtec head would only add around .5 to your compression ratio which is still below 12:1 which would be great for a street motor

I would ditch the aem adjustable cam gears...
Normally I'd say 440's would be overkill but you're tuning with Hondata so shouldn't be a problem.
If you do stick with your non-vtec build, get ready to go 404's because you'll max those 403's out and probably get bored later on...you should make some good power though
There was a thread in the all-motor forum for a non-vtec build and he ended up with over 200hp, I think to the hubs.

After seeing many build similar to this I am going to say approx 175whp and 155 ft lb. Nice build by the way. Would love to see the numbers if it were a GSR.

well the compression wasnt the problem it was the dome of the pistons, the store i work out(auto parts) has a shop and i had them buy the stroker...they called golden eagle to ask about vtec and they said it couldnt be done. I wouldnt want to risk it if golden eagle said it wouldnt work out. but i just wanna see how this build will end up with a non-vtec and then ill do different mods later on down the road.

unless they stick out more than that you will not have a problem!!! it is almost impossible that they would clear a non-vtec head but not clear a vtec head unless the compression was through the roof
