FS/FT - 93 del Sol Si - swapped and sponsored
yeah yeah.. here we go again. I'd really like to trade so I don't have to hassle with buying another vehicle, but if I can't find anything I like or I don't get the asking price, I'll hold on to her. Just looking for something bigger for school.
Trades - I'm looking for a truck or SUV.. if it's a truck, it's an extended cab, 1500 size or smaller (F150, ranger, dakota, ram 1500, silverado, s10... you get it), domestic or import doesn't matter, preferably an auto trans, but again I don't care. If it's an SUV, it's explorer size or smaller. Blazers, durangos, explorers, yadda yadda... I'd prefer a 2 door, but will do 4 if it's offered. I also REALLY want a Jeep wrangler.. like, I'd be willing to toss some cash in on a good condition one. :D
SALE PRICE - $6500 withOUT seats, $7200 with. (if no seat option is chosen, stock seats will be provided.. I won't leave you hangin!)

I took a LOT of the mods off this car to lower the selling price, and can take off a few more things if someone wants to split hairs about the price.
PS - I don't really care if you think I will get 6500/7200 for it. That's my price, and I'm not going lower. A TON of people on this board can vouch for how correctly EVERYTHING on this car was done/is done.
Ok... I got this car in January of 2005, and had it as a daily driver for a few months. There was an odd bulge behind the driver's side door that we assumed was bad bondo work, and so I just let it go. In June of 2005 the tired D16z6 took a crap and we swapped in a B18C1 with approx. 65k on it at the time of the swap. I decided that while I was at it, I would have that bump looked at. Turned out that bump was a nightmare of a bad bondo job, and so I took the car to Vinh Body Shop for them to fix it. I'm going to be honest, and I'm not trying to dog Li or the shop, but they could have and should have done a better job. Li knows how I feel, and he invited me to bring the car back to him and he would fix it all. I'm not sure if that offer still stands, and you will have to ask him (I'll get some input from him). The entire driver's side rear quarter panel was cut out and a new one was welded in, but there are other areas where the car is just not done correctly. From 20 feet away it looks great, but there are little nitpicky things that Li needs to fix. Long story short, I took the car back, and ALL body work was completed in September 2006 (car went in to the shop in June/July 2006). The body kit was fitted, rust was repaired, the car was painted. The car was painted with the engine in, so the bay is not completely painted... they got as much as they could, I guess. REGARDLESS of the little nitpicky things, the car DID win 2nd place del Sol custom at Nopi Nationals 2006. Coming home from Nopi, I got bumped by a truck, which messed up the buddy club rear bumper that was on there. Currently, a stock red bumper is on there. She's been my on and off daily driver since Nopi 06, and runs like a top... she WILL run a sub 14 second quarter if you ask her to. Ok. Backstory over.
