So i started my project a couple of day's ago. Now i got rid of all the old sealer (this is an old pix) I bought some new sealer but i believe I read some weld this instead. I'm I correct? Can some one shine some light on this for me.

It is already spot welded. The seam sealer is there to keep water from getting between the two panels. If you want to weld it, do it.
Just keep in mind that it may bump you into a different class if you race. During inspection, if they see one seam that is welded, you'd get bumped up.
Aside from that, you can add a lot of strength to the chassis by seam welding...

I'm not worried about racing since i don't have that much time to go around bulling people all i want is a bit show with b*lls.

Would it be better just to seam seal it? I'm doing "engine bay shave".
If i stitch weld i wont get that smooth shave look, is this correct?

I've been out of state for a while so i just got back into my project.

Just seal it and be really **** about laying it down smooth. you can make it look like it's not there, if you're careful.
