S-Tech vs H-Tech DD
Fairly new stock shocks on my EK. Need to know in terms of ride quality is S-Tech or H-Tech best suit as a daily driver?? Other then the difference in drop there isn't any change between those two in ride quality?

had the h tech on my integra 4 door, they rode like stock with stock shocks! very good spring for the price. I had the s techs on my crx with stock shocks, and they were also good but ride quality wasnt as good as the h techs

I wouldn't lower at all on stock shocks. If anything, the H-techs would be better on stocks, as they don't lower as much as the S-techs.
But right now I have KYB GR2's with H-tecs. The GR2's might as well be stock shocks. But the ride quality is great. Handling is decent.
I used to have KYB AGX'S with S-techs. This set up was a little more tight than the H-tech/GR2 (obviously). But it was much better than say my Omni coliovers, for daily driving anyway.
