WTB: Carsound Cat (OR High-Flow Cat)
Ask the title says, I need to buy a Carsound Cat that is ready to bolt-on to a JDM 4-1 Header (2.5" Collector) with a 2 1/4" outlet. If you have one I'm ready to buy asap.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I ordered mine from http://www.testpipe.com -- I haven't received it yet so I can't really give you any feedback. It should be in today or tomorrow.
I know you're supposed to support the sponsors, and Mike @ ipsracing.com can get them for you.... for about twice as much as testpipe.com... So.... it's your call.
Also, I understand that SMSP (do a search for his username) makes them as well, but he never returned my IM.

What you are asking for is even more custom than the standard 2-1/2" bolt in cat for the JDM header and therefore you may have a tough time finding one.
But, I have a short bodied 94166 cat that I tried to use in a very tight application and it didn't work so I just made it to the standard 17" length to bolt in with a JDM header. It's brand new but just has a part of the heat shield cut away to try and make room for the floating flange when I tried to shorten it so much. I'll let the cat go for $135.
I also have a universal 54006 (no flanges) that has been discontinued for $60
JeffS - I'm sorry I missed your email. I don't do that usually but yours slip through.
