s300 tuning

anybody know how to tune the ecu after you get s300 in. i just got my ecu(p28) back from hondata and put my s300 in it tom. i am going to put it in my car but i don't know how to do anything any. my buddy said you can load almost any basemap but i don't know anything any help?

if you dont know what you're doing you can easily mess something up. take it to a qualified tuner.
