I am still iffy about the twintube design. But W/E. I like to swap suspension components like shoes. So I wouldn't be suprised if I had a set within the next couple of years.
Lets just say I wanna learn how to do alignments and buy all those guages to save money on alignments *ROFL*
Let us know how it works out, if you pick up a set

Sorry for replying twice, but one of my good friends has a 95 coupe that's slammed about 3-4 inches on stock shocks & skunk2 adjustable coilovers and the shocks haven't blown out.. I've personally ridden in the car with him and the ride is quite comfortable. As long as you don't want a drop more than 3 inches, you're fine for the ride comfort/quality.
I just threw a set of these on my 90Si hatch. Now ive never had a car that was lowered before so I really have no point of reference. I still have to adjust the rears as there is no gap left, and there is about a tight 2 finger gap at the front.
im running 205/50/15's.
First impression is that they are really stiff to me, but I would assume that all aftermarket springs are. The roads in my city are really harsh, the long winters really do a number on the roads. Pavement is really uneven, bumpy, and filled with numerous pot holes and cracks. So as a daily driver they arent good at all, every single bump can be felt.
At least for my application I could really use the dampening ability, which is something these do not have.
So with that said if you guys have some really nice smooth roads then they will be great! but other than that the ride quality is gonna be harsh. Im sure ill get used to it, but im not sure if the passengers will

i ran these on my ej8 before i sold them a while back. I Liked them for the price, but preferred my friends gc/koni set up. THe skunk2 full coilovers were fairly stiff and a little much for street driving. However, they never gave me any problems and they handled really well.
i think i got them for like 400-450 or something when they first came out ( i think i got them a few days after the release).
I would recommend them for someone who wants a rather stiff ride that handles fairly well for the price

the skunk2 full coilovers are more for track, i haven't driven on them but i know there going to ride stiff. If your planning to have this setup as a DD i would stay away and go with gc's/koni or gc's/kyb agx (have this setup and it rides pretty well)
my uncle had the skunk2 full coilovers and he said they rode way too stiff for a DD. He was planning to sell them but theives took the coilovers.
