Damn, 3 hour drive with bad brakes...don't know about that.
Some questions...
What's wrong with the brakes?
How are the tires?
Does it smoke at all?
Any tranny noise?
Does it have the tranny shifting problem common to these tegs so that the shifter is really "loose"?
Any overheating problems?
Is the car drivable for long trips, or does it "not like" them?

the rear brakes "shudder" when braking
the tires have a decent amount of tread on them...i'll take more pics later
it burns SOME oil, but that can be expected for a car approaching 200k miles
no tranny noise to my knowledge
i'll get back to you about the "loose" shifting
no overheating problems, it has a brand new radiator.
long trips...it shouldnt have a problem once the brakes are done.

Hmm, doesn't sound too bad.
As long as it doesn't produce a cloud of blue when you get on it...all hondas burn a little oil, so thats no problem.
When was it last inspected?
Does it still have the original cat on it?
If you think it would be a reliable daily driver, if maintenence was kept up on it, I'm interested. I just need it to make a 3 hour drive back to my house and then I would do a lot of maintenence on it. Is the car still driven? or has it been sitting for a while?
Has the timing belt been done the second time?
Any exhaust leaks?
Any broken lug nut studs? (i know my friend bought a 90 SE a year ago and replacing them sucks).
Do all of the options work...mnrf, mirrors, wndws, cruise, wipers, speakers/hu?
Any electrical problems? Does the battery hold a charge or does it die (i could bring a new one if so)?
I did have a 96 integra w/220k beaten miles on it, and it was a reliable daily driver for over 2hrs a day of driving for the 6 months I had it, so i do expect some problems, i just want to get a very good idea of the car's condition before I drive the 3hrs.
