middle i assume only cause it sits higher than the rest. arrows all point to timing side of engine. 2nd cap from timing belt end has 2- 10mm bolts on the outside for oil pickup to hold on to.

The arrows are turned around. If i remember correctly they go towards the crank pully not the fly.

Arrows point towards the #1. Numbers on the caps start with the #1 side and count up.

#1 cap goes on timing belt side of engine(like you have it) arrow pointing at timing belt(the opposite of what your pic depicts). so there all in the right place , just arrows pointing wrong way. take them all off , flip them 180 and fire them back on. i hope you didnt tighten them on like that. make sure you check bearings for marks on journal sides. clean the journals of engine , install bearings into block , assembly lube them good. couple dabs of assembly lube on each side of the journal the thrust washers go on. splace thrust washers grooves out in the slots. the lube will hold them till crank is placed. lower crank slowly/carefully watching to make sure thrust washers stay put , its ok if they turn a little in the grooves , once crank is in , you can push on the ends to slide them back around into place. clean rod journals and caps real good , place bearings in rods and caps. after pistons are in place9make sure rings are lined up) , give them a wipe again with clean rag , lube the rod bearings , slide onto crank. lube cap bearings , place over crank , the number each piston/rod is for will be stamped on one side of the rod where the cap meets it(half on cap , half on rod). unless they have been machined , in which case , machine shop might have new stamps on them. pistons have IN marked on top for which side faces intake side. tighten them down.
