Default Need to locate a shop in So Cal

I am looking for a shop in So Cal to possibly rebuild my engine. before I had a chance to get it certified I ended up missing a gear and over revved the engine. it still runs but has lost power and seems to be running rich. I have had the compression checked and it checks out so there is no bent valves to my knowledge. I am completely stumped and wondering if it could be a computer malfunction. I'm looking to get it back to normal running condition so I can get the engine certified and legal in my civic and then after that I would like to put a turbo in it. I know there are ways around it but I want to keep it legal. If you can recommend a shop or know of a place to go I would appreciate the help.

Thanks
