wats up guys does anyone noe how to change tie rods iner and outter?for 94 to 00 integra really need help thanks

 

The outer one that connects to the knuckle should be easy to remove. Mark it's position, loosen the lock bolt. Use a pair of pliers to hold the rod itself and unscrew the tie rod end... I don't know about the inner tie rod coz I'd imagine that it's incorporated into the steering rack. Do you have a picture you can post up?
