Default Sagging front after installing h&r race springs

Installed h&r springs on my 92 lude. Dropped the front noticeably by allot.. the rear is exactly how I want which just a finger gap. but the front is TUCKING stock oem 15's. Its tucking about .25" on one side and the other is tucking .5". I can't figure out whats wrong..

I am thinking blown OEM front struts? ? ? I doubt they could be worn springs since the h&r race's are pretty stiff springs right? I also installed them correctly installed the ones labeled R in the rear which were reasonably long with lots of coils and installed the shorter ones in the front which were labeled F. Installed correctly?

well the ones labeled F were short and not really any thicker then the ones labeled R.. The ones labeled R had a bunch of coils that were close together on the top and was definitely a bit longer.

I installed my springs upside down from this.. Maybe I have them upside down? Would that affect the height?

Heres a Pic I took when I first got them

I basically installed the front springs on how they are standing on my bed.

yes small coils on top... ALWAYS. as for one side being a lil higher than the other i have no idea. i just figured the motor is mostly on the driver side so thats probably the reason why the driver side is a lil lower but once again i dont know the real reason. i just bought coilovers and set them even. lol

So your saying in the first picture is how I was supposed to install it? The smaller coils on top and coils with a wide diameter on bottom?

no in the first picture they are upside down. the coils that are colse together go on top the coils thats a farther apart go on bottom. in the second picture: the 2 that are standing up are correct.
