Default LS vtec Question

hey guys iam building an ls vtec with a ported b16 head and pr3 pistions. now i was wondering if its safe to run crower valvesprings and retainers with skunk 2 pro1s? i plan on daily driveing the car. thanks

It is not going to matter, it will be better than stock though.
