Default Finally hit some 10s this weekend yO!

Well me and a couple buddies on here went to the track this weekend in Bradenton Florida. Finally got a chance to drive the car for a few passes. I was very happy with the results as it was in the mid 10s. All the cars in the post were in the 10s, which is a very nice sight! and none of us Broke anything, and steve even drove his there and back

My best time was 10.64@123, YES 123mph, for those of you who can tell the car hooks up well but i was having some issues with some plugs and misfiring in 4th, gapped em lower, misfire went away but then i was hitting boost cut in the middle of the runs

ME- Teal hatch
Blown90hatch- Super sonic blue EK
NA200whp- Red hatch

Me trying to make some quick adjustments

Me pushing Jasons 2600LB monster!

And Steves turbo K-series hatch

and a VERY CRAPPY vid of me and jason, WW on the language of the camera man

Yeah, we had a good time overall. Not the fastest my car has run, but still working on it. Thanks Mike for pushing my bucket y0!

I ran this the Friday before trackday up here locally. If I had time to spray the car, 9s would have been no problem. But all in time.

Thanks again to Tony1, Arturbo, Geoff and RacerStev for all the help along the way. I am working on editing my videos as well. RacerStev's heat treated tranny has survived some healthy beating thus far!

I keep getting PM's about the tire/gear combo. I am running a set of 24.5x8.5x15 MH's (Thanks John!) and an ITR tranny.

His SN on here is NA200whp. Once we finally convinced him to turn to the dark side after many years, he is finally hauling. The car has a K24 block and type-S head I believe. Stock sleeves, but I think pistons and rods. He is running a full-race kit, GT35r and when we tuned the car, it was making around 475-500whpish I believe.

Here is a link to the setup:

He didn't get much time to work on it on the dyno. Pretty much just street tuned it and went to the track. He is running 24.5x8.5x13 MT tire on some bogarts.

Both the red hatch and the teal hatch weigh around the 1900-2000lb mark w/o driver.

my hatch is in the 6s for power, not exactly sure due to weather differences from where i live and south florida. the tire combo is Bogart fly stars 13x7.5 (front) with mickey thompson 24.5x8.5x13s, and 22x3x13s in the rear

Absolutely nice setups and work, gentlemen.

Good luck with improving. But doesn't look like that'll be an issue.

I remember seeing the teal hatch in alabama last year, very clean. Glad to see you back at the track and hitting some 10's.
