Default rear drum brake to disk conversion

93 civic EX... any tips? I looked in the FAQ topic but couldn't really make sense of it. I know it needs to be done, so what's the best way to do it?

Remove the old trailing arm, install the new one. It's simple as that. That's the best way IMO, unless you want to swap out the hub from the spindle.
