With serious headwork, you'll want higher compression and a stronger bottom end to allow for higher revs.
Sounds to me like you want some mild cams.

well the head isnt stock i have type r springs in there already not sure and valves and toda stage one cages. but the timing belt jumped bent valves, so i brought it to the machine shop i want to get it port matched and polished but i wasnt sure what valves to get
