With serious headwork, you'll want higher compression and a stronger bottom end to allow for higher revs.

Sounds to me like you want some mild cams.

 

the only reason to buy after market valves is to go oversized, even going oversized provides little hp increase unless you are flowing ALOT of air. waste of money on a stock motor.

 

well the head isnt stock i have type r springs in there already not sure and valves and toda stage one cages. but the timing belt jumped bent valves, so i brought it to the machine shop i want to get it port matched and polished but i wasnt sure what valves to get

 

itr intake valves
stock exhaust valves

 

Sounds like you need to do some research before you do anything.
