okay hears the deal i tried replacing my distributer cap and rotor under the cap today for the first time, but when i removed the distributer cap, the rotor under the cap, screw was rundown so i cant take it out, i need help???? anyone know how i can remove it without hurting the distributer??? thanks

the screw on mine was stripped, had to have a shop drill it out........though it was irrelevant cause i ended up replacing the distributor a few months later when my ignitor died

 

how much did it cost having it drilled out??
