Car looks pretty good if you stand back and look at it. It does have some flaws.
There was some damage to the front driver’s side. It's hard to tell from the outside.

The engine is old and leaking oil. I probably put about a quart every couple of weeks.I drive it everyday though. I drive to school and back at least once a day and most days I drive to work which is almost 30 minutes away on the interstate.
The check engine light does not come on.

Another thing is that I think the gas tank is leaking. I've been driving it for six months like this. I would smell gas sometimes. I thought it was leaky injectors or something. I could smell it mainly when the tank was full and I was going down a hill.
Gas mileage suffered a little bit. I think I get about 27 -30 in the city.

I can always get the sunroof up but sometimes I have to push it up. The switch is a little fickle sometimes.
No AC. Some of the parts are still in it but some have been taken out.
No rust to speak of, there are a few paint chips that are rust colored.

Car is fun to drive but I have a free ride available and could use the dough.

It's purple and it actually looks good with the yellow.
I think i'd like to get around 1600-1700. I think that's a fair price.

here is the email address qweakers@hotmail.com. are you willing to take less considering it's got some issues that need addressed. does Alabama require you to hand in the tags when you sell a car. reason i ask is cause i will probably have to fly in and drive it back.

 

Every 88 CRX Si has problems, but not everyone is honest about the problems.
For instance I could say nothing about the gas tank or the oil and you wouldn't find out till later. In fact I'd be willing to bet most people are not honest.
