yes they are all the same. even the TL and CL spindles are the same. Most of them are the same BC its the same suspension setup. i have a 92 and i got spindles off of a CL. dont ask what year bc i dont know. the only differnece might be is the newer ones have holes for the ABS line, so u just disregard them
Like previously stated, all 90-93 knuckles are the same.
The rotors aren't pressed on though. The rotors are bolt to the back of the hub, the hub is pressed into the bearing and the bearing is bolt to the knuckle. If you remove the axle from the hub, you'll see four bolts on the back of the knuckle that hold the bearing to the knuckle. Remove those four bolts and the hub/rotor/bearing assembly should come away from the knuckle unless it's rusted in there. A few hits on the back of the rotor with a hammer can free it if it's not too badly rusted. If it is really rusted, then you may want to just remove the knuckle and have a shop press it out, just make sure you clean and grease the bearing/hole in knuckle so it doesn't happen again.
You can also convert to rotor-over-hub by using Acura CL parts. That would make rotor changes much easier in the future.
Links to all this can be found in the Accord FAQ.
