I want to know who has these fogs

or who has these
.
The top are from ebay with ion blue lens,the bottom are "jdm" stanley fogs.I dont which to get cause the only difference i see is the ion blue lens(but not really feeling it).

 

I have the bottom ones, no complaints really, great fit and they look pretty good on the car too i find

 

can i ask where you got them from?

 

ebay but you can still buy brand new ones from honda

 

bottom appear to be 94-95, and top are def. 96-97.

which reminds me i still need to install my 94 oems....yes boink, i havent done it yet

 

Yeah, those are different year fog lights, the bottoms as said mount differently and are for 94/95 accords, the top are 96/97


Also I have a set of the top on my 97 accord, I think the image just make it look blue, mine were similar to the bottom. And no, they are not "JDM" it was an option here in US.

The only true "JDM" fogs are the yellow SiR ones

fw190bvi and muffinman are correct.

As far as the "true jdm" yellow ones....I wonder what the color of the light would look if I ran my 3000k HID kit in them...would they be dark yellow?

im pretty sure the yellow only came on the 96-97 SiR's

 

I want to say I've seen the 94/95 styled fogs in yellow, might have just been paint or laminx

I installed a brand new set on my 94 accord... The light is yellow, the lens is clear.

 

Try some EK9 foglights for your CD. I got a set of them due tomorrow. Ill post pictures this upcoming week.

 

I"m curious as to how you plan on fitting those accordcd7, are you swapping the lenses or what? Any pics?
*edit* I"m thinking I may buy a set of those 96/97 I think it's a nice touch on the cars

Yeah, unfortunately I hear the same thing. I'd have to swap the front bumper if I really wanted to run them but I'll go laminx or spray paint.

 

Just found these on a "JDM" website that sells "S***" ,for $135 it has all the wiring. The ones on ebay only sell it with the wire for the bulb.

 

the oem stanely ones on ebay yeah , the oem style (better deal IMO) come with everything, I've ordered the set before for my 97 accord.

Switch, cabling, etc

 

Yeah, the ones I got only came with the foglights, switch and relay. I used my own relay setup and I had to run a simple SPST switch until I got another OEM switch that had the pigtail harness. It was only until earlier this afternoon I was able to wire them up. Last night I had the wires incorrect and just remembered I had another thread concerning the pin-outs. That thread should be lurking around here....

 

Broke down, I bought the last 96/97 set on ebay

Should install them as soon as they come in

 

the ones i got aren't OEM, but they're made by a company called ESUSE and came with everything, plug and play and an OEM style foglight switch for the center console. They're great except for the little fuse holder that acme with it, which melted-- but i replaced it with one from autozone and it's nice, for nice effect, paint it ion yellow with krylon stained glass paint from joannefabrics.com. Works great, they have a projector in them too, nice little cutoff line that's yellow!
