jdm climate control help
first ill start with everyhitng is jdm, wiring, front end, everything.
so i hook up the jdm climate control and it breaks the 7.5 fuse, nothing works...i put in a 10 fuse and it breaks that one as well.i put in a 15 fuse,it works for a couple seconds and then stops, fuse broke.i then put in a 25 fuse and the lights work but i cannot adjust the air,the air just stays on. i didnt have any more fuses so thats where i stopped.
anyone have any ideas or know why i can adjust the air?

You have a short somewhere than, you need to find it and fix it. Something is causing the fuse to keep blowing.

Yes. Did everything work fine with the USDM climate/wiring? If so, than it's a short/ground somewhere throughout the wiring system.

should i try a 30 fuse and see what happens?</TD></TR></TABLE>
No. You should only need to use the fuse that fuse box cover says. That will only bandaid the problem, you won't fix anything.

I wouldn't do that at first. Check your existing harness first for any flaws.

Okay, what about the climate control itself? Would you by chance have another one you could swap out?

ok so i switch the harness out for the other one i had,and i also put back in a 7.5 fuse which should be in there.everything now works the same but i still cannot adjust the air,it just stays on.but it does not break the 7.5 fuse any more...

Since the JDM Climate uses the 'auto' feature, this could be part of the problem. But you said you had all the sensors, etc?

+1 for trying.
I'd say take another look at you're harness. Make sure everything was pinned/soldered dead on. Mybae you missed something there.
