so today i unsuccessfully tried to convert my dpfi to mpfi but i was to much of a ***** to cut into my wireing harness besides that point i coundnt figuere out how to work my freaking soldering gun and i was missing the a6dizzy went to junk yard to look for it and didnt find it went to autozone and it was hella pricey 189 $ any one knw how to do the whole wireing harness conversion ill pay if you can do it for me oh and a question what will happen if i use my d15b1 dizzy??
I'm pretty sure you can use the same dizzy but it won't bolt up correctly. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Get the right parts for the job or don't do the job. I would also recommend rywire for wiring like jlicrx did.
ya, the dx dizzy will bolt up, but it dosent have a sensor inside that the ecu will look for. Gotta pay sometimes to have it done right
huh? why would you do the swap if you didnt have all the stuff to do it.. just cut the damn wires. dont spend money so someone els can do it.

yeah..... quite being a *****. if your too scared to modify your car then sell it and buy a ****** grandma car. its easy.... just make sure you have everything, and take your time to do it right.

So, it is in your best interest to get a MPFI dizzy. You can get one new from the Distributor King on eBay for ~$130, or search in the marketplace here:
Your search for d16a6 distributor returned 33 results.
Dig through some FS threads, you should be able to find one for a deal

its hard to give someone a break when his question is clearly stated in probably all the mpfi write ups.
