EXPO: This is how you guys should park at GI
There is a back parking lot that faces the Walmart behind the Guesthouse Inn. Ask for a room facing the back of the parking lot. Park your Rs in this manner and you will be extra secure (since you can see everything from your room).
thought about buying a big *** long chain that you could put though all of the wheels at night, and then of course put a pad lock on it?
not trying to be a dick or anything, but whats the whole point if there's a fence between the hotel and the parking lot.
if a pro-thief wants the R, it would only take a matter of few minutes.
by the time you get up and run down stair, it will be gone.
again, not to jinks anybody here, but i see a bar-fence in the background.
i'd rather have a first floor room across from the nearest parking spot to the room.
just my .02 cents
I think the building you see in the pic is the back side of a WalMart. I would imagine the picture is being taken from the vantagepoint of your room.

Yes, it was from my 3rd floor room. If you can get a 1st floor room facing the back (there arent that much due to the pool, exercise room, etc.) that is ideal. But, even up on the top (3rd floor), you can keep an eye on things. In the rare event that someone messes with any of the cars, all it takes is a shout down from the room to startle them. You can get downstairs in under 30 seconds (staircase..only 3 floors).
Besides, South Haven, Michigan is about as safe for ANY import as you can get. Dont forget that in Michigan most people do not even like imports!
