best size is one that fits a b16... do you mean collector pipe size? the size and design of headers are typically gauged on usage... so what kinda usage you lookin for?

Look into the Toda header. David at SMSP (a high-regarded custom header maker) has recommended it for the B16 in the past. If you want something even better, have him build a header for you.

i know there is 421 and 41 design...since 1.6 torque is not that much. so will 421 are the best choice? and also i like to know the pipe size. i saw the spoon design are special..4-1 and into 2-1 at the end. it descripted it good torque and high rev also.but expensive. it out of my budget. need more exprience from your guys dude.thanks

if spoon is out of your price range, custom or toda will also be outta your price range.

it sounds like pricing is gonna dictate your choice and not quality. i'd recommend DC Sports or OBX or Spark Racing as these and other similar brands may fit your budget... as for quality/performance... "you gotta pay to play".

most all of the headers like dc or megan will have very similar performance numbers. i recommend you look for a jdm itr 4-1. dont worry about torque from a b16, you'll never have any unless you boost.

I think you should get a turbo manifold instead of a header.
