Default tire sizes

was just wondering what size tires would rub and which would not on stock height....i have Michelin MXV4 Plus' that i got for free...205/55-16 and i plan on ordering 16" WORKemotion CR Kai's...and i was told that even on stock suspension those tires would rub...so i was just wondering if that is true and what tire size would be right..thanks

205/40/16 is the closest to stock size, then you wont have to change your speedo settings, but i would prob go with 15" if i were you, i have 16" now, but now that i lowered it i kinda wish i had 15" becuase it would ride a little softer for DD at least, but if you want the bling factor go for 16"

yea, as corny as it sounds i want the "bling factor", when i was lookin for wheels i couldnt find anything i liked and as soon as i saw those i was like..."yep those are the ones" so i kind of want to show them off without going crazy and still having some tire on them

205/45/16 tires will not rub, especially on stock height. IMO the 205/40/16 looks small if you are not slam. I like the 205/45/16 tires with a nice drop.

Run a 205/45 on a set of H&R sports or something of similar height.

You could even run H&R sports on stock shocks if you take bumps easy.
