As the title states...Would a 96-00 D16y8 Intake Manifold be able to fit on a 88-91 D16a6 Engine, with out any modifications? I also plan on reusing my TB and IAC valve.
Thanks any info would br greatly appreciated!!!

You won't be able to use the stock T/B or IACV. If the D16Y8 manifold is pre-air injection you will have no modifications. If it does have the air injection holes you'll need to plug them.

i did the swap on my 89 si and use a obd0 sir or integra throttle body. But for some reason my ecu keeps flashing code 7 and 14 which is the iacv and tps. I am going to try to see when i put the oem one on if it stops or if i can swap the iacv. And what plugs are you talking about on the y8 manifold the front one.

you will want an iacv from a z6, or y8. the a6 eacv will not bolt up, i tried. i also tried to use a iacv from a d15 from a 92-95 dx, and the sensor clip was in the way of bolting up properly.
also, the y8 does not have anywhere to mount the iat sensor, that will have to be creatively adapted to the intake somewhere. you will want to use a throttle body mounted map sensor, and that way you can get rid of the charcoal canister all in one shot if you like.
