How to entertain yourself when you can't afford to race at Moroso.
Joe didn't want to post this, so I figured I would. Joe recently sold his daily driver, and since we couldn't afford to make it to Moroso for the NHRA race, we decided to take my old daily driver and turn it into the Tempest Beater/Streetcar.
The car will probably be driven by Joe girlfriend, Jenny, Possibly in powerstreet at the local nopi events and such. Setup will be a simple stock LS/Vtec with JE's and Eagles, stock trans, stock diff, stock axles, stock pretty much everything else. SC61, Tial 38, 3inch exhaust, tuning will be S300 thanks for Hondata for the help with this project. Should be a fun 10sec daily driven car, looking for about 400-500whp. Minus the materials for the manifold and cage, this car is being built with all crap that we have laying around the shop.
We were bored with all the traditional type stuff, so he decided to start the project by making a different kind of turbo manifold. We know that people have made manifolds of this sort, we just wanted something to attract a little attention at the local events & get-togethers.
We will post the updates as they come, it's only going to get worked on after hours, and on the weekends
