2002 Accord EX - Upgrades
I havave a few questions that some of you might be able to help me with. I have recently purchased a black 2-door 2002 Accord EX, and I would like to make a few upgrades. I am not very familiar with Hondas, especially Accords, so I need some help.
1. I have recently acquired a set of 18in 8.5wide Mille Miglia rims. What size tire would best fit these rims, and will these be able to fit on my car? If they do fit would it be in my best interest to upgrade my suspension? What kind?
2. What is the best cold air intake for the 3.0L V6?
3. What type of exhaust should I consider? Many of my friends have told me that I should do a header-back exhaust into one muffler and then split it into two pipes out the back. Does anyone know what would be the best route for good sound and power?
4. One of my headlights has just burnt out. What brand of bulb should I go with?
5. Finally, If anyone has any other EASY ways on how to increase power and quickness with this car please help me out.
Thanks

1. 225/40/18. Maybe a 235/40/18. A lot will depend on the offset of your rims.
2. There's not really a "best", as they all pretty much perform the same. As long as you're using a good filter, you're good to go.
3. Shop/search around for cat-back exhausts... There are plenty of different options available to you. In regards to headers, you really only have a choice between the Comptech headers and the eBay headers. If you get headers, be prepared to lose a lot of low-end torque for whatever high-end power you may gain.
4. Whatever bulb you feel like.
5. Cheap, reliable, and/or fast. Pick 2 of the three. You can't have all three.
