Tein SS or HA?
I am looking into coilovers for my car. I reserched alot about the konis, and gcs. But for some reason, I rather just have a true coilover. I was lookin into the new Tein SS'. Also saw the HA' for the type R. Besides the fact they are for different cars. What is the difference between the 2? I know the LCA is different in the TypeR. Just wondering If it would be worth it, and would it work....If I got TypeR LCAs and Tein HAs for my 98gsr...Any thoughts on this?

Go for the SS.
The HA isnt worth the extra cost of the ITR LCA's. The SS is designed for exactly this, regular Integra owners who want HA's, and now dont have to switch out the rear LCAs.

i don tknow bout flying up.. but like hwne u hit bumps..sometimes my car lifts off the springs and bounces right back on them.. makes a lot of noise... but yea SS is the way to go for you .. unless of course u wanna get some zeals with me..
... coilover springs are usually shorter then just springs if u look at them..

i think just get the SS.... switching out the lcas and paying extra for the HAs.... u might as well find another set that is higher in price to equal that.. zeals?.. the big deal is uhh their the hot item?.. i had the tein ha's before... i dont know what u do if u break them.. i dont know how that could be possible but i'm sure you get warrenty if i remember..

For some odd reason, my eamil will n ot let me email you.
Well:
I am extremely interested in your Tein SS. How much do you think it will cost to ship to Orange, ca 92867?
Also do these come with the mounts? or do i jsut sue the stock mounts? I want to swap out my Koni yellow/Eibach Pro Combo For these.
Please let me know an estimate of shipping.
Thx.

Actually, the SS uses softer springs than the HA. The helpers hold the main springs in place...useful for sitches like going up steep driveways when coilovers springs tend to separate from the upper perch. I'd just get the SS's and not hassle w/ the need for ITR LCAs.
As for service if something happens, send them, or take them if you're in socal, to Tein USA. They can do all servicing, rebuilding, and revalving there. Zeal's are great too, but yeah, they're a lil higher priced and I don't think either is better than the other. They just happen to be the hot item now, just like Tein's were before. Get the one that best suits your budget and needs/wants. HTH.
