Is BLOX Racing crap parts?
I was considering getting Ksport lower control arms. I can get a set of blox locally for 85 dollars. Anyone used these???? They look alright from the pics I have seen.
That is funny. I was thinking ksport was good because so many people talk about it on here. Never thought about it being cheap crap and therefor popular.
Had a set on my 95 Sol for a couple of weeks before I had to swap them out for OEM LCA's w/stock sway mounting points. My Eibach bar didn't quite fit well enough with the Blox.
That said, they were light, well built, and looked good. Bushings were fine as well, no squeakage, binding, etc. Good product.

A few weeks of use and its a good product? I guess compared to old sloppy LCAs, anything new would be good. Many here have found the blox (and other) LCAs to have poor quality rubber bushings. And I've yet to find out what material the cast them from.

generally speaking, you get what you pay for..
i only trust the solid metal stuff like shift *****.. i bought the Blox shifter/shift **** which look pretty good.. tho' i must say it looks suspiciously like the skunk2 ones LOL
anything with bushings i'd go for OEM as far as possible for a daily driver

unless you get something that has polyurethane bushings, these lower control arms with rubber bushings are all the same...
Well maybe there might be a slight difference in weight, depending on design. Each of them should be able to hold the load, should...
If you want a decent lower control arm get the new version omni one, or the function 7... I believe these both have better bushings, but cost 2x more than the ones you mentioned. It it were me, get upgraded bushings, your stock arms are fine, just ugly looking. It's under your car!!!

A poll about LCAs. SSR is pretty low on the list out of 76 votes so far.

I am going with the stockers for now. Might not be the nerd-**** I was hoping for but they will work good and that counts for a lot in my opinion. Thanks for all the comments
