Default need help with torque converter

i have a 97 prelude base model and the engine spun a rod bearing. i bought a used one from the salvage yard out of a 97 prelude base model and when i went to put it back together the hole on the crankshaft where the torque converter goes in is different. the hole on the engine i just got is smaller than the old engine. when i bolted the tranny up the engine would not turn over at all.

my question is there two different size torque converters or different crank size on the 97 preludes? anyone run into this problem before?
